At ruchimarodia.com, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If you face any issue with your purchase, please review our policy below before initiating a return or replacement.
Refund Policy (Credit Note Only)
We do not offer cash refunds.
All approved returns will be compensated through a Credit Note valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
1. The pickup/shipping cost for returns will be deducted from the final Credit Note value.
2. The Credit Note can be used to purchase any product from our website within the validity period. In case of returns or exchange of a product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for review & Quality Check.
Return Policy
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return window on eligible products. If you wish to return an item due to sizing, fit, or personal preference, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Steps to Initiate a Return:
1.Submit a return request through the Manage Orders section on our website within 7 days of delivery.
2.Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your original shipping address (India only).
3.Please ensure the product is:
a)Unused and unwashed
b)In its original packaging
c)With all tags intact
4.Items failing quality checks will not be accepted for return.
5.Once we receive the product (usually within 7–10 days) and it passes QC, we will issue your Credit Note.
International Orders
Reverse pickup is not available for orders outside India.

Replacement Policy
If you have received:
- A defective product
- A wrong item
- A size issue for an eligible product
We will arrange a pickup and send you a replacement of the correct piece.
Important Notes:
1.Replacement is valid only once per order.
2.Replacement is subject to availability. If unavailable, a Credit Note will be issued.
3.For international orders, the customer must ship the item back to us for the replacement process.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Made-to-order pieces

Socks, stockings, accessories
- Used, washed, altered, or damaged products
- Items without original tags/packaging
- Sale or promotional items
General Terms
1.Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2.In case of a missing or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for review.
3.Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings; this will not be considered a defect.
